VLX Residences
Exceptional homes. Select availability.
VLX Residences is a curated collection of privately owned Boulder residences available during Sundance Film Festival and other select periods of high demand throughout the year.
Created by VelareLX, VLX Residences extends access to exceptional homes through select short-term rental channels while maintaining the thoughtful presentation, local expertise, and personal service behind the VelareLX name.
Select Homes. Select Periods.
Many VLX residences are primary homes whose owners choose to make them available only during specific periods of the year.
Each residence is individually reviewed, professionally presented, and thoughtfully positioned for the right guests and occasions.
Availability is intentionally limited.
For Homeowners
Broader reach. Thoughtfully managed.
VLX Residences gives select homeowners an opportunity to reach qualified guests beyond the private VelareLX network.
We manage how your home is presented, when it is offered, and where it appears, providing broader exposure without requiring your home to become a year-round rental property.
You determine when your home is available. We help determine how it is best presented and marketed.

Access to homes you won’t typically find.
VLX Residences provides access to distinctive Boulder residences that may otherwise never enter the short-term rental market.
